Montash Properties Limited and Cox Vernacular Buildings working together. 

Cox Vernacular Buildings specialize in the construction of Kent vernacular timber framed houses. Oak timber frames are made using correct 16th Century joists and oak pegs

South Barn in Kent 

South Barn Near Charing in Kent development was quite recently completed and subsequently Sold.

Formerly part of the Monkery Farm it location made it an excellent project for Montash to get it's teeth into.

The building dates from the 17th Century and was remarkable well preserved.
