A grade 2 listed mediaeval barn of awe inspiring
proportions.

soaring up to the majestic crown post roof. The property has

mediaeval timber frame which has been lovingly restored using
new green oak where necessary and replicating the original
joinery techniques.

Petham only 5 miles from the City of Canterbury.

attractive gardens and 'Marble Pond', an area of 1 acre of
grassland. A double open cart lodge is close to the barn for
garaging with workshop and store adjacent.
There are wonderful views over open farmland to the west
and south over the 'marble pond' and village to the north.
